The main nutrient of Organic Goji juice powder is lycium barbarum polysaccharide.
Goji polysaccharide is a water-soluble polysaccharide extracted from organic goji berry. The polysaccharide was identified as a proteoglycan with a molecular weight of 22-25kD. It was composed of six monosaccharides, arabinose, glucose, galactose, mannose, xylose and rhamnose. Goji Berry Juice Powder was in light yellow powder form and was easy to absorb moisture.
