What is bulk allulose powder?
It belongs to hexose and ketose in classification, and is the diastereomer corresponding to the carbon number 3 of D-fructose. First of all, allulose is a natural monosaccharide, a diastereomer of fructose, and a new type of low-calorie functional rare sugar. In nature, it is only found in a few plants such as wheat and agouti plants and specific bacteria.
It is a new sweetener and a hexose with very low content in nature. It exists naturally in a few foods and was first discovered in wheat leaves in 1940.
Since then, it has been found in some fruits (such as figs and raisins), maple syrup and brown sugar. A small amount of natural allulose can be obtained by alkaline isomerization of fructose.

It is an ideal sucrose substitute and has many advantages in food applications:
1. Low in calories, 0.4 Kcal/g, only 10% of sucrose, will not cause blood sugar to rise, and a small amount of calories is approximately 0.
2.
