What is snake venom peptide?
Snake venom peptide is a small peptide that simulates the activity of snake venom toxin. Clinical trials have shown that it can reduce the formation of wrinkles by inhibiting muscle contraction and has excellent smooth and rapid wrinkle removal performance.
It is a general term for polypeptides present in natural snake venom. It has multiple biological activities such as anti-platelet aggregation. It is not snake venom, but an active peptide with a structure similar to snake venom toxin. It can reduce the formation of wrinkles by inhibiting muscle contraction, regulate nerve conduction signals, inhibit aging phenomena such as fine lines, relax skin cells that are constantly tense on weekdays, thereby increasing vitality, restoring cell elasticity, recreating a tight V-shaped small face, and restoring the performance of skin youth.
It has created a breakthrough in safe and efficient milestone technology for skin beauty. Clinical studies have found that snake venom tripeptide has great advantages in wrinkle removal: relax local muscles and remove expression lines in a targeted manner; it has significant wrinkle removal effect, fast onset, can make deep wrinkles smooth in a short time, and has a long action time; it effectively helps relax facial muscles and does not affect the expression of facial expressions.
Experiments on cultured muscle cells show that the use of 0.025% snake venom tripeptide reduces muscle contraction rate by 36% after one minute and by 82% after two hours, so it can be used as an instant wrinkle removal product.
It is composed of three amino acids, with a simple structure but powerful functions. It is 5 times more effective than botulinum toxin in reducing dynamic wrinkles and can be used to prevent and delay dynamic wrinkles. Product efficacy:1. Inhibit muscle contraction

30 volunteers aged 40-60 were selected and applied with 4% snake venom peptide essence to the face twice a day, morning and evening, for 28 consecutive days (one skin physiological cycle). Mechanism of action:
After binding to the muscle nicotinic acetylcholine receptor, it occupies the position originally belonging to acetylcholine, resulting in partial closure of the receptor channel, weakening the nerve conduction signal, and relaxing the muscle, thereby achieving the effect of smoothing wrinkles.
It binds to the ε subunit of the muscle nicotinic acetylcholine receptor to block the binding of acetylcholine to the receptor, and finally leads to receptor closure. In the closed state, sodium ions cannot be taken in, depolarization cannot be achieved, nerve excitation transmission is blocked, and muscles are therefore relaxed. When the muscles cannot be excited, the skin is no longer in a tight and wrinkled state, and the anti-wrinkle and anti-aging effect can be achieved over time.
Dynamic wrinkles are wrinkles formed by muscle contraction due to long-term facial expressions. When the brain issues a command for facial muscle contraction, the presynaptic membrane of the previous neuron releases acetylcholine (Ach) under the action of calcium ion depolarization. The latter diffuses freely and binds to the receptor of the postsynaptic membrane of the next neuron. This process is repeated continuously, and the signal is finally transmitted to the muscle. The muscle completes the contraction after receiving the signal.
Binding to the ε subunit of the nicotinic acetylcholine receptor on the postsynaptic membrane, the nicotinic acetylcholine (ACh) released by the presynaptic membrane cannot bind to the nicotinic acetylcholine receptor, causing the nicotinic acetylcholine receptor to close, the nerve excitation transmission fails, and the muscle cannot receive the contraction command, thus maintaining a relaxed state.
