1. Mixing: Sodium ascorbate and phospholipids are mixed in a ratio of about 2:1 (weight ratio), and then mixed with ethanol;

2. Evaporation: Use a rotary evaporator to evaporate the suspension to form a dry slurry after the phospholipid solvent (ethanol) evaporates;

3. Stirring: Dissolve as much sodium ascorbate as possible in water and stir with the phospholipid membrane under high shear mixing;

4. High-pressure homogenization: Homogenize the concentrated suspension under high pressure and dilute it to a concentration of 1 gram of vitamin C per 5 ml;

5. Screening: Screen the material through a 0.2 micron filter, using particles smaller than 200 nanometers to obtain the final liposomal vitamin C.

The encapsulation rate of the liposome is about 65.85%, and the vast majority of the particle size is below 100nm.
