Then, the soap stock and the sodium oryzanol salt adsorbed by it are dissolved in alkaline aqueous methanol, and the impurities that hinder the precipitation of oryzanol are precipitated. Finally, the filtrate is adjusted to slightly acidic, so that the sodium oryzanol salt reacts with weak acid or weak acid salt, and precipitates after reduction.

Methanol extraction method

The methanol extraction method is to directly dissolve the crude bran oil in an alkaline methanol solvent, separate and remove insoluble bran vinegar, fatty esters, sterols and other unsaponifiable substances, and then adjust the pH value with a weak organic acid under heating.
