Production method

Method 1

Heat water to boiling, add fumaric acid while stirring, and add sodium carbonate in batches until pH=6.5-6.7.

After sufficient stirring, filter while hot to obtain sodium fumarate solution.

Add ferrous sulfate solution, stir, heat and reflux for 3-4h, cool and crystallize, and filter.

Wash the filter cake with distilled water until the sulfate group meets the requirements, dry, and obtain ferrous fumarate with a yield of 83%.

Method 2

Add 5g of fumaric acid to 100mL of boiling water, and neutralize with sodium carbonate to a Ph value of 6.5-6.7

Filter, add 13g of ferrous sulfate and 100mL of water to the obtained disodium fumarate solution, and heat, stir and reflux (100℃) for reaction for 3-4h

Finally, cool, crystallize, filter, wash, and dry to obtain 6.2-6.6g of reddish-brown powder ferrous fumarate with a yield of 85%-90%.
