Safety and stability testing
Its freckle removal and whitening ability has been confirmed by in vitro and in vivo experiments, and its inhibitory effect on melanin production has been confirmed in vitro. Skin allergy: Neither irritating to the skin nor causing skin allergy.
Stability test:
Ingredients of lotion formula: Water (86.95), mineral oil petrolatum (10), 305 emulsifier (3), Dimethylmethoxy Chromanyl Palmitate Powder (0.05)
The lotion was stored at 40°C and room temperature, and tested by HPLC after 0, 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6 months.
The stability of the Dimethylmethoxy Chromanyl Palmitate at different pH values (3.8, 5.0 and 8.4) was determined to determine the effect of the pH value of the final product on the stability. The stability study showed that the concentration of the pyran whitening agent did not change significantly and was still stable after 6 months in the oil-in-water emulsion. It was stable in emulsions with different pH values.
