What is Cetyl Tranexamate HCl

Cetyl Tranexamate HCl is a tranexamic acid derivative that combines water-soluble tranexamic acid with oily chemicals to improve skin permeability. It is slowly converted into tranexamic acid in the skin through the operation of oxygen and esterase, and can exert its effect for 12 hours.

Its whitening effect is basically the same as that of tranexamic acid, but compared to tranexamic acid, which is only water-soluble, it can be dissolved in both water and oil, and is an evolved version of amphiphilic tranexamic acid.
Efficacy
